It was an afternoon of excitement and high hopes at Nutrien Ag Solutions in Narrogin as local farmer Ken Draper from Popanyinning took centre stage in Optima Lime’s highly anticipated “Chance to Win $250,000” promotion. Although the jackpot remained elusive, Ken walked away $5,000 richer, cheered on by family, friends, and fellow farmers.

Ken Draper, whose family farm was established in 1958 by his father, is a familiar and respected figure in the Popanyinning agricultural community. Ken, cropping in partnership with his son-in-law Mark, shared his thoughts on the day:
